KidsAuto delivers within the Netherlands and Belgium, unless otherwise stated.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after receipt of payment.

We aim to process orders within 1 to 3 business days.

3. Delivery Time

The expected delivery time is on average 2 to 5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery times are indicative. Delays by carriers may occur.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown during checkout before you place your order.

If free shipping applies, this will be clearly stated on the website or during checkout.

5. Large Packages

Electric ride-on cars are large packages. As a result, delivery may sometimes take place via parcel service, courier or special delivery service.

Please ensure that the provided address is correct and that someone is present to receive the order.

6. Collection

If collection is available, it can only be done by appointment.

After placing the order, you will receive information about the collection time.

7. Damage during transit

Check the package immediately upon receipt. Is the packaging or product damaged? Take photos and contact us as soon as possible via [Email address].

8. Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address.

Additional costs due to an incorrectly entered address may be charged to the customer.
