These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the webshop of [Company Name], trading under the name KidsAuto.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer, every order, and every agreement between KidsAuto and the customer.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

3. Products

KidsAuto sells electric children's cars, electric children's quads, and related accessories.

We do our best to display product information, images, prices, colours, specifications, and stock as clearly as possible. Minor deviations in colour, finish, or packaging may occur.

4. Prices

All prices on the website are displayed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, assembly costs, or other additional costs will be clearly stated before the order is completed.

KidsAuto may change prices. For orders already placed, the price confirmed at the time of ordering applies.

5. Order and payment

An order is established as soon as the customer has completed the ordering process and payment has been successfully processed.

Payment can be made via the payment methods offered at checkout, such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or other available payment methods.

KidsAuto may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect price display, stock problems, or incorrect data.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process.

The estimated delivery time is stated on the website or will be communicated after the order. Delivery times are indicative, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

If a delivery is delayed, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

7. Collection

If collection is possible, this will be clearly stated. Collection is only possible by appointment.

Upon collection, the customer may be asked to show the order confirmation and a valid ID.

8. Assembly

Some products can be delivered assembled or unassembled. If assembly is possible, the costs and conditions will be clearly stated.

Assembly means that the product is prepared for normal use. The customer remains responsible for safe use, supervision, and adherence to the manual.

9. Right of withdrawal and return

Consumers have the right of withdrawal for online purchases. KidsAuto offers a return period of 30 days after receipt of the product.

The customer must register a return in advance via [Email address].

The product must, as far as possible, be returned complete, clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The customer may inspect and test the product as would be possible in a physical store. If the product has been used more than necessary to assess it, KidsAuto may charge for depreciation.

10. Exceptions to return

Returns are not possible for products that have been specially adapted or personalised at the customer's request, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Return costs

In case of withdrawal, the return costs are for the customer's account, unless KidsAuto communicates otherwise in advance or the product is defective, incorrectly delivered, or damaged upon delivery.

In case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product, KidsAuto will provide a suitable solution.

12. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, within 14 days at the latest after the return has been correctly received or after the customer has demonstrated that the product has been returned.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

13. Warranty

KidsAuto offers a 1-year commercial warranty on electric children's cars and children's quads.

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and technical defects that occur under normal use.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by incorrect use, fall or impact damage, water damage, own modifications, incorrect assembly, normal wear and tear, or use contrary to the manual.

This commercial warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.

14. Safe use

Electric children's cars and children's quads must always be used under adult supervision.

Use the product only according to the manual and on a safe surface. The customer is responsible for proper and safe use of the product.

15. Complaints

We aim to respond to complaints substantively within 5 working days.

16. Liability

KidsAuto is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use, incorrect charging, insufficient supervision, own modifications, or use contrary to the manual.

KidsAuto's liability is limited to the amount of the order, unless otherwise required by law.

17. Force majeure

KidsAuto is not liable for delays or shortcomings due to circumstances beyond our control, such as transport problems, malfunctions, stock problems at suppliers, weather conditions, or other forms of force majeure.

18. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.

Disputes will preferably be resolved through consultation. If this is not possible, the dispute can be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
